Individual TV Show Segment Script - Intro & Outro
APPROPRIATE CONTENT: Everything must be school appropriate
Script Submission - each student will submit to be evaluated:
- Their groups show segment Intro script - 4 sentences (to be shared between 2 hosts)
- Their groups show segment Extro script - 2 sentences (to be shared between 2 hosts)
Script Submission Resources:
- Follow the script writing guidelines and script format as posted above
- Use the individual show segment script template document below for proper format
- Submit complete segment scripts to to the appropriate Google Classroom inbox
- Each script will be evaluated for spelling, grammar and appropriate content
Objective is to write an entertaining and engaging script that creates interest in the show segments.

Host 1: Remember what happened on Sept. 9th?
Host 2: Yeah, the Gr. 9 Orientation Day at Castlebrooke. I remember that day it was my first day of high school.
Host 1: It was an awesome first day of school as a freshman, making new friends and catching up with old ones.
Host 2: My favourite part of the day was playing games with our Link Crew leaders!

REMINDER: This is a team assignment (cooperation is crucial!)
APPROPRIATE CONTENT: Everything must be school appropriate
Script Submission - each Episode Team will:
- Include all show segment stories to create one final team show script
- Ensure you consider when each story should be placed within the show script and rundown (ie: should a story about Remembrance Day be put after a sports segment?)
- Use the team show script document below
- Include 1 written show introduction (minimum 4 - 6 sentences shared between 2 hosts) that introduces show name, hosts and what will be covered in that show
- Include 1 written show extro (minimum 4 - 6 sentences shared between 2 hosts) that concludes the show, sends off the hosts and intrigues audience to tune in again for another episode
- Follow the script writing guidelines and script format as posted above
- Submit complete team show script which includes: show intro, show item intros and extros, and the show extro
- Each teams hosts will perform both the intro and extro during the broadcast to acknowledge the message or idea of each show item
